Rs 100 of the average total cost is made up of variable costs.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:

Number of output the firm produces= 7 units

Average cost of the output= Rs. 150

fixed factors of production = Rs.350

To Find:

How much of the average total cost is made up of variable costs=?

Solution:

we know that,

Average total cost= total cost/ number of output units produced

substituting the values, we get

150=\frac{\text{Total cost}}{7}

Total cost= 1050

we know that Total fixed cost = 350

Total cost = Total fixed cost + Total variable cost

plug in the known values.

1050= 350 + Total variable cost

Total variable cost = 1050-350

Total variable cost =700

For 7th unit \frac{700}{7} = 100

Marina CMI [18]
Okay for problem 1 heres my explanation
So if you can get 4 bags for 5 cents so I multiplied 5 by 5 to get 25 cents and multiplied 4 by 5 and got 20 for 25 cents but the machine sells you 9 for 25 cents so if you get the m&ms from Jeanie you'll get more for your money if you get it from jeanie
Now problem 2
Now if tom sells 10 cards for 35 cents so theres a 5 cent difference for 2 more cards now 3 cents will be the most likley for the price for one of toms cards and toms price should have been 33 cents so your only being robbed of 2 cents not a big amount but we'll still look at the other guy 12 cards for 40 cents now if we look at how much toms cards will be if you bought 12 is only 39 cents 1 cent less than the other guy so in conclusion if you buy from Tom you get the better buy
Now problem 3
simple mutipily 19x4 and 76 cents the guys at the firework stands charge 85 for four so if you go to the hardware store and buy your fireworks there you get a better deal.
okay so im running out of time so someone else is gonna answer the last problem... sorry m8

(a) Suppose one house from the city will be selected at random. Use the histogram to estimate the probability that the selected
Lera25 [3.4K]

Answer:

a.   0.71

b.   0.9863

Step-by-step explanation:

a. The mean of the distribution is given as $403,000 and the standard deviation is $278,000.

-To estimate the probability that a randomly selected house  has a value less than $500,000:

P(X

Thus, the probability that a randomly selected house has a value less than $500,000 is 0.71

b. -since 40 is larger than or equal to 30, we assume normal distribution.

-The probability can therefore be calculated as:

P(\bar X)=P(z

Hence, the probability  that the mean value of the 40 houses is less than $500,000 is 0.9863

Answer: y≤4x+3 and y≤-3x-5

Step-by-step explanation:

The slope of the first line is 4. The slope of (-1,-1) and (0,3) is 4. And the line passes through 3, so the y-intercept is 3.

The slope of the second line is 3. The slope of (-3,4) and (-1,-2) is -3. And the line passes through -5, so the y-intercept of the second line is -5
