The new boss sent Martha to the farm for the financial deal and strategy for the farm is the right choice because Martha is a specialist in agricultural logistics which has good management skill that is required by the task in the farm. Samuel is not a good choice for sending him to the farm because he works in agricultural quality control which is different from the job of Martha.
