Answer:

r = 3.5 ft

Step-by-step explanation:

The circumference of a circle is the distance around the circle. The seat accommodates 11 people . Each person has 2 ft of space along the edge of the table .

Therefore ,

circumference = 11 × 2 = 22 ft

circumference = 2πr

where

r = radius

circumference = 2πr

22 = 2 × 22/7 × r

22 = 44r/7

multiply both sides by 7/44

r = 22 × 7/44

r = 7/2

r = 3.5 ft

Can someone plz help me with math?? theres only 3 parts!!!

To find the volume of each prism, you will multiply the length by the width by the height.

V = lwh
3 3/4 x 3 x 3 1/4
V = 36 9/16 cubic feet

V = lwh
1/4 x 1/4 x 1/4
V= 1/64 cubic feet

Both boxes are similar in that they can be described as a rectangular prism.

They are different because one prism has congruent edges, so we call it a cube. The other one has varying side lengths, therefore it is only a rectangular prism.

If f(x) = 4x + 3x2 + 1, then what is the remainder when f(x)<br> is divided by X -2?
Bezzdna [24]

Answer:

remainder = 21

Step-by-step explanation:

If f(x) is divided by (x - h) then the remainder is f(h)

Here f(x) is divided by (x - 2) with h = 2 , then remainder is

f(2) = 4(2) + 3(2)² + 1 = 8 + 3(4) + 1 = 8 + 12 + 1 = 21
