Answer:

True (at least most of the time)

Ideally companies will require their systems analysts to have a college degree in information systems, computer science, business, or a closely related field.

But sometimes the demand for people with a degree in computer science or information systems is much larger than the supply, then many companies go directly to the colleges and hire students who haven't graduated yet.

I know this since a few years ago a local university issued a public statement about this issue since less that 30% of their students (in computer related fields) actually graduated. Most of the students were hired by Intel, IBM and HP during their third college year and they dropped out. Of course the students left because they were offered high salaries, imagine if you are 20 or 21 years old and a huge corporation offers you over $70,000 a year. I'm not sure that this is still happening, but I doubt it has changed.

dezoksy [38]

Answer: 30,000; $110

Explanation:

From the question, we are informed that someone own 5% of Coastal Corporation's 400,000 outstanding common shares and that the stock was trading for $165 per share before Coastal executives announced a 3-for-2 stock split.

The share owned after the split will be:

= 5% × 400,000 × (3/2)

= 0.05 × 400,000 × 1.5

= 30,000

The price after the split will be the current price divided by the split ratio. Tgis will be:

= $165/1.5

= $110

Obtain the linear trend equation for the following data on new checking accounts at Fair Savings Bank and use it to predict expe
Allisa [31]

Answer:

Y16 = 7(16) + 195.33 = 307.33

Y17 = 7(17) + 195.33 = 314.33

Y18 = 7(18) + 195.33 = 321.33

Y19 = 7(19) + 195.33 = 328.33

Explanation:

Period (x)

New accounts (Y)

The regression equation:

Y = mx + t

Y is the dependent variable

X is the independent variable

t point where trend line cuts through the x-axis

M is the gradient or slope

Using the regression calculator, the trend line for the data is :

Y = 7X + 195.33

Using the regression equation obtained :

Y16 = 7(16) + 195.33 = 307.33

Y17 = 7(17) + 195.33 = 314.33

Y18 = 7(18) + 195.33 = 321.33

Y19 = 7(19) + 195.33 = 328.33

Based on this module's readings and your own independent research, develop a listing of what you believe are the most important
steposvetlana [31]

Answer:

The definition becomes defined in the clarification section below, as per the particular circumstance.

Explanation:

Meeting customer expectation:

 • This metric of success would reflect just how much the clients are represented. It will represent the quality of the service of the business and will provide them with crucial input. This metric would help the organization address the trouble areas. If the degree of customer loyalty rises, sales will also rise because more and more clients enjoy the company’s products or services.
 • This would also show the pattern of clients as well during the company's measures to handle the issue.

Productivity:

 • This is a significant parameter that indicates how much is expended on activities and whether the business gets in exchange. It extends from financial return with the introduction of new goods from marketing and distribution activities to return on invested capital. Productivity is closely linked to organizational financial efficiency.
 • When productivity rises, profits rise as well. In terms of their historical and present performance, data analytics can help to decide how and why the multiple fields work.

Cash flow:

 • It explains how well the cash flows within and without the organization. If the business later collects reimbursement from consumers but earlier pays its vendors, then it suggests significant operating inefficiency.
 • These efficiencies should be worked out by the organization to minimize operational expenses and preserve favorable cash flow to boost the company's financial well-being.
