Need help on 42. I'm just really confused on this one

Take a real life problem and apply algebra to it. Dumb example :
John has 5 pens. Susan has the same amount of pens john has multiplied by 2. 
equation: x=5*2
if you'd even call that algebra.. do something like that but better XD
