Most of the teachers including the Principal feared that they might lose their jobs. Mrs. Green believed that the change would affect her since she was not so skilled in the use of computers.

Mr. French was the voice of reason in the room who allayed the fears of the teachers by assuring them that they could adjust to change just as their graduating students adjusted to change in their new schools.
