Theodore party was formed by president Theodore Roosevelt after he lost his nomination for the Republican Party.It was a third party in US. The new party took steps for progressive and populist reforms and attracted lots of nationalist reformers. It declined after the  1918 elections and vanished in 1920. It was nicknamed as Bull Moose Party. Roosevelt served as its president from 1901 to 1909. The party's platform raised issues such as restrictions of campaign finance, reduction of insurance system, and eight hour weekday  and women suffrage. and was divided soon issues such as regulation of the larger corporations.

5. Trade with the Venetians contributed to the fall of the Byzantine Empire in ways both direct and indirect. Because Venice was able to negotiate such favorable terms in their trade contracts with Constantinople, there arose bitter anti-Venice sentiment in the Eastern Empire.
