Henry Clay was an American attorney who served in the House of Representatives and as the 9th Secretary of State. He also helped found the National Republican Party and the Whig Party. He was also significant in encouraging the passage of the Missouri Compromise. Henry Clay sought the presidency three times, but was never elected. However, Clay also advocated for the complete extermination of Native Americans.
Nehru was a great contributor to India's Interdependence and to the first, forming years of the new democracy, contributing to such principles as secularism and democracy.
