You need to covert the decimal to a fraction and then if they have the same denominator then compare by the numerator if they don’t the same denominator then change so they do have one then compare
the last one is the correct answer
how I did this is i did 8.5-7=1.5
D. think about it this way. the closer it is to decimal, the closer it is to a whole number which is the "biggest"
12 and 20 are both divisible by 4
12 ÷ 4 = 3
20 ÷ 4 = 5
