VladimirAG [237]

D. The body will be able to produce the antibodies and memory cells needed to fight disease and recover quickly.  Exercise and vitamin C is what creates antibodies and white blood cells that fight diseases. For instance, coastal states have jurisdiction over the 12 nautical miles off their coastlines, and 200 nautical miles are reserved for specific states to utilize the oceanic materials, living and nonliving, in their zone.
