Help Find MO Geometry

Mathematics

Remark
I take it MO is bisected by N. If it isn't we need some clue how to proceed.

Step One
Solve for x
9x = 2(x + 7)   remove the brackets.
9x = 2x + 14   Subtract 2x from both sides.
9x - 2x = 14
7x = 14           Divide by 7
x = 14/7
x = 2

Step Two
Find MO
2(x + 7) + 9x = MO
2(2 + 7) + 9(2) = MO
2*9 + 9*2 = MO
18 + 18 =  MO
36 = MO  <<<<< Answer

Enter the correct answer in the box. Consider the graph of the sixth-degree polynomial function f. Replace the values b, c, and
AVprozaik [17]

Answer: (x - 1)(x + 1)^2(x - 4)^3

Step-by-step explanation:

First, remember that:

in expressions like: (x - b)^n

b is the value of x where the graph intersects the x-axis.

n can represent:

n = 1, the line just goes through the x-axis

n = 2, the line may change the direction (an inflection point), and touch the x-axis in one point.

n = 3, the line may have two inflection points when it intersects the x-axis.

Then we have the expression:

(x-b)(x-c)^2(x-d)^3

b is in the linear part, the graph crosses the x-axis linearly in x = 1.

c is in the quadratic part, the graph crosses the x-axis with one point of inflection at x = -1.

d is in the cubic part, the graph crosses the x-axis with two inflections in x = 4.

Then we can writhe the polynomial as:

f(x) = (x-1)(x-(-1))^2(x-4)^3 = (x - 1)(x + 1)^2(x - 4)^3

HELP ASAP! Algebra II Questions!!
Stella [2.4K]

Answer:

The answer to your question is: the last option   5a² + 3b + 6a

Step-by-step explanation:

                            7a² + 3b + 6a - 2a²

 look for like terms

                           7a² - 2a²        3b         6a

Simplify like terms

                          5a² + 3b + 6a

d(t)=750t/(t+12) where t is the age in years and d is the dosage. what is an expression for the rate of change of a child's dosa
Maksim231197 [3]
This just wants the derivative which you can solve for.
You can do this using a negative expononet or using ...the rational rule forget its name*.... you shoudl get 9000/(t+12)^2
