since it's at least $14.50, it could be more.
The inequality you'd write would be x \geq 14.50
To graph it on a number line, put a solid circle at 14.5 and shade the part to the right of it (since it's greater than 14.5).
To graph it on a coordinate plane, put a vertical line at x=14.5 and shade the part to the right of it.
