Explanation:

The two vascular tissue of the plant is xylem and phloem. These two are responsible for the transport of molecules in the plant from one part to another part.  

Sugar is made in the leaves of plants which is then transferred by phloem tissue to other parts of the plant like roots, stem, and flowers. Other than sugars proteins and mRNA are also transported by the phloem tissue throughout the plant.

Xylem is another vascular tissue which helps in the transportation of water and nutrients from the roots to the upper part of the plant.
