Bad working conditions. As more people came to the cities, more people needed jobs. As a result there was an abundant supply of able workers who desperately needed work and so would work for the far less than the bare minimum. Decline in the standard of living, Due to large scale of people moving from the country to the country to the cities, there was a shortage of fresh water....
