<em>He has that fear that Germany would overide the French country if care is not taken as a result of the previous incident when Napoleon III declared war on Germany, marking the beginning of the Franco-Prussian War. Unfortunately for Napoleon III, the Germans quickly defeated the French and his empire fell apart.</em>
