However, stress on one hand can motivate you to do better and rectify yourself and on the other hand if not controlled it can be a cause of disturbed life. Many factors cause stress to humans, but the primary ones are- situations, people and events.

Situations that challenge your work at office or your well-being can be a cause of stress; the negative remarks of people on your activities can be stressful or events like death of a loved one or any trauma can leave someone in stress. However, there are psychological therapies and medication that can cure the stress.
