Stress is a common human psychological condition which leads to anxiety, depression and sometimes more worse conditions. However, stress on one hand can motivate you to do better and rectify yourself and on the other hand if not controlled it can be a cause of disturbed life. Many factors cause stress to humans, but the primary ones are- situations, people and events.

Situations that challenge your work at office or your well-being can be a cause of stress; the negative remarks of people on your activities can be stressful or events like death of a loved one or any trauma can leave someone in stress. However, there are psychological therapies and medication that can cure the stress.

Well as a vegetarian i would say broccoli and a lot of greens like kale, spinach, green beans. fruits are a must as well. i like to eat oranges and strawberries. i make a smoothie everyday for my morning run. anything organic is good too.
