So if i am reading this correctly you need to list the topics you studied and then what community you want to focus on. So you said you learned nutrition, mental health, and fitness. So if you have to do a community for all of them then for Nutrition you could say you want to improve the nutrition quality of food at homeless shelters so they get everything they need to stay healthy. I also thought you could maybe focus on the obese community and promote healthy nutrition to them. Then for fitness you could promote something at like a gym or you could do something for like a senior living community and say you want to help them continue to do fitness as they are able so they can hopefully live longer. Then for Mental health you could promote talking to a counselor or getting help all around your city or at schools.
