The founder of National Women's Party, Alice Paul first presented the Equal Rights Amendment to Congress in 1923. She would work for the way of the ERA until her death in 1977. "Equality of rights under the law shall not be abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex." This suggested banning discrimination based on sex. On March 22, 1972, it was passed by the Congress then the E.R.A. was sent to the states for ratification but it was cut down by three states short of the 38 required for approval by a June 30, 1982 deadline.

Researchers who present their research at professional conferences may do so in either a paper session or a _________ session.
Over [174]

Researchers who present their research at professional conferences may do so in either a paper session or a poster session.

what is a poster presentation?

A poster presentation, at an academic or professional congress or conference, is the presentation of research information in the form of a paper poster that can be viewed by conference attendees. A poster session is an event where many such posters are presented. Poster sessions are especially important at scientific conferences such as medical and engineering congresses.

The primary function of posters is to engage a moving audience with a message. When designing a poster, plan its design carefully. You'll have very little time to capture and keep your readers' attention. Think about which aspect of the information will convey the message and plan your design around that aspect.
