The word regardest suggest about the speaker’s attitude toward God is that the speaker considers God to be very close at all times.

In the poem the author Anne Bradstreet uses the word "regard" which is a very formal way of saying "to observe". She claims that God has seen her suffering, struggling and facing all the problems and after this passage, she keeps telling and discussing about how God saw her in bad shape and restored her health when she needed it the most.

Therefore, she sounds like she believes that God was watching her all the time very closely. This poem reflects the faith and loyalty of the post towards God. Having faith truly helps and bring about great positive energy.
