I think the answer is A, when I looked at the picture and did some research, I found that the wall is 70 miles long so it's pretty obvious that they spent a lot of time making it in ancient old times.

Albert Einstein (1879-1955), a German-born American mathematician, serves as a literary allusion to intelligence. Einstein formulated the theory of relativity, and was awarded the Nobel Prize for physics in 1921. He is often considered the greatest scientist of the 20th century. Many movie producers over the years have taken advantage of the literary allusion that comes out of the name Einstein. For example, in the movie The Observer (1998), they say, “It’s a neat theory, but you don’t have to be Einstein to spot some serious flaws” (qtd. in Delahunty, Dignen, and Stock 216). What this movie line is implying is that a person does not have to be a comprehensive genius like Einstein to realize that there is something wrong with their theory. A lot of people compare their intelligence to Einstein’s, Einstein’s being the most intelligent.
A group of US businessmen overthrew the Queen of Hawai'i, took over the government, and requested that the United States annex the island chain. The US Marines were sent to Hawai'i as peacekeepers, but there were some reports that they were actively supporting the rebel government. Two men were sent separately to Hawai'i on fact-finding missions, to find out what's going on over there. One was sent by Pres. Benjamin Harrison, who believed in Manifest Destiny and favored the annexation of Hawai'i. After Pres. Cleveland, a supporter of Hawai'i's Queen Lili'uokalani, retook office in 1893, he sent the other. The two reports that the men submitted differed greatly. On the 100th anniversary of the overthrow of the Kingdom of Hawai'i, a native Hawaiian student stated that the truth about what happened in Hawai'i around 1893 lies somewhere between the two reports. Eventually Cleveland gave in to the Republicans because Queen Lili'uokalani refused Cleveland's deal, which was for her to pardon the American rebels in exchange for help getting her restored to her throne.
