The Bull Moose Party (also called the Progressive Party) was started by Theodore Roosevelt in 1912, just after the Republican Party has split up between Roosevelt and Howard Taft.

The Bull Moose Party was started by President Theodore Roosevelt.

Explanation:

The Progressive Party was an American political party founded in 1912 after disagreements had occurred within the Republican Party. Former President Theodore Roosevelt could no longer agree with the policy of the then president, William Howard Taft. The newly founded Progressive Party chose Roosevelt in 1912 as its presidential candidate. Roosevelt could not achieve the election (Woodrow Wilson Democrat won), but still finished second, ahead of Taft. In 1914, the Progressive Party only achieved a few election profits. The party was abolished in 1916 and two years later the elected members rejoined the Republicans.  

The party is also known as the Bull Moose Party after former President Roosevelt was shot at a campaign in Wisconsin and he reassured the public: "I'm fit as a bull moose." Roosevelt finished his one and a half hour speech despite the injuries.

The story of Pandora, like many stories in the religious/mythological genre, is a cautionary tale about the danger of man's curiosity. Pandora opened the jar (Pandora's box) out of curiosity, despite being warned by the gods against opening it, and all the evil of the world was released. This story is very similar to that of Adam and Eve. Both Eve and Pandora are the first women on earth, and they both, out of curiosity, open the realm of evil to mankind.

The language of the Constitution is very clear. Every citizen born or naturalized in the United States has the right to jurisdiction. That is, in the national territory, these people have the right to legal immunity, must enjoy freedom, property and due process of law.

In this way, states can not deny any of these groups nor withdraw their rights if there is no crime and the resulting conviction.
