Explanation:

Terry: I can't believe we are graduating next year

Jake: I know it feels like it was yesterday when I entered high school

Terry: Yep, so have you chosen the college your going to?

Jake: yeah I was planning on going to Havard

Terry: seriously? your GPA has to be at least 4

Jake: I realised and I'm hoping to pull up my grades before I graduate, what about you where are you planning to study?

Terry: Well I heard Stanford offers good education

Jake: oh I did some research about Stanford, what's the average GPA?

Terry: At least 3.7 or so.

Jake: dude! that's approximately 4

Terry: you can't approximate a GPA, can you?

Jake: well I wouldn't know. so what are you studying in the great Stanford?

Terry: ha! I'm studying Electrical engineering, you?

Jake: law

Terry: well I heard Havard focuses more on intellectual growth, but Stanford is more practical

Jake: True that, but I'm more concerned about my intellectual growth than practical cause I'm becoming a Lawyer not a doctor

Terry: true, and I need to be a lot more practical during engineering courses. But best of luck to both of us

As a judge, i would rule in favor if Bakilana

By confiscating her password and forcing her to work for long hours, Bakilana had cause intentional infliction of emotional distress toward kiwanuka.

Bakilana has intentionally inflicted emotional distress to Kiwanuka by taking extreme/outrageous conduct such as taking her passwords and mentally abuse Kiwanuka.

But, that's being said, Kiwanuka does not present any proof about her accusation. (recording or witnesses). If Kiwanuka provide them, as a judge I will rule in favour of her. But since there is still a reasonable doubt that the accusation is false, i would rule in favor of Bakilana.

Answer:

In my personal opinion, the Quebecois form a different historical nationality from that of the Anglo-Canadians, fundamentally because they come from different historical contexts, and have different cultures, languages and even religions.

Thus, the Quebecois come from the first French settlers in Canada, they speak French and are mostly Catholic, while the Anglo-Canadians were arriving later, they speak English and are mostly Protestant.

Therefore, these differences mean that both groups, although they coexist in harmony, can be considered as different nationalities within the same country.

I believe the answer is :D <span>Recognizing an object is distinct from its surroundings.

In the concept of perception ,discrimination refers to the visual ability that make us able to separate the things that we want to focus on and the things that we do not. This allow us to utilize our brain capacity to solve the most important/crucial situation first</span>
