The answer is !C! because the axis of symmetry is the imaginary line that passes through the middle of the parabola which is -0.5, the vertex is the maximum or the minimum point which in this case it is the maximum point. since it can't be -0.5, 0.5 because the point is a negative x and y. if you plug in -0.5 to C's equation, -2(-0.5)^2+2(-0.5)-1 you would get f(x)=-0.5 which is the point that y equals Hope this Helps :)!
