Hi.. Either you take a piece of paper or a diary and you start writing it on it
but I have honestly tried but it didn't work.

But one thing that did work for me is by watching motivational video or life goals on the internet, this have really boost me up and each time I am depressed I watch one of them again to get my energy and goals back.
