Hi.. Either you take a piece of paper or a diary and you start writing it on it but I have honestly tried but it didn't work.
But one thing that did work for me is by watching motivational video or life goals on the internet, this have really boost me up and each time I am depressed I watch one of them again to get my energy and goals back.
Write goals according to things YOU want to accomplish. If you have the desire to get fit and have a healthy body then write a goal like... My goal is to workout everyday this year!
If you have a goal to do better in school, write a goal such as... My goal is to study extra hard this year!
