In a government, the decision power is in the possession of a couple of individuals. Sparta's administration-just as Spartan culture-was committed to military strength. One of the primary ways they were comparative was in their type of government. Both Athens and Sparta had to get together, whose individuals were chosen by the people. Sparta was managed by two lords, who controlled until they passed on or were constrained out of office. Athens was controlled by archons, who were chosen yearly.
