Answer:

All organism that have unicellular structure, lack nucleus & membrane bound organelle and have circular DNA are called as prokaryotic organism

Explanation:

All organism which possess the following characteristics are considered as prokaryotes –

a) Unicellular/single celled

b) Lacks nucleus

c) Lacks organelles that have membrane

d) DNA is found in nucleoid

e) Chromosome occurs in a large single loop (also known as circular chromosome)

f) Also the cells of prokaryotic organism is the smallest of all.

Some common examples of prokaryotes are – bacteria and archae

The autonomic nervous system can change the rate of the heart by: Group of answer choices beta1 adrenergic receptor activation.
elena-s [515]

Answer:

The correct answer is: β1  adrenergic receptor activation. Increased in cAMP lead to increased amounts of Na influx (though if channels) and calcium influx of  pacemaker cells. This increases the frequency of APs of the pacemaker and increases the rate of contraction.

Explanation:

cAMP generated in response to β1 adrenergic receptors, results in excitation contraction coupling by initiating PKA and causing phosphorylation of L type Ca2+ channels and ryanodine receptors. This increases the concentration of intracellular Ca2+ ions in atrial cells, ventricular cells and AV pacemaker cells. This increase in firing rate. As a result rate of contraction increases.

As described in "A Note About Bacterial Reproduction -- and the "Culture Bias,"" the organism Epulopiscium does not divide by bi
gayaneshka [121]

In liquid media or broth difference between dry and wet will give biomass of the Epulopiscium.

Explanation:

Biomass of bacteria can be measured by dry or wet mass. Bacteria numbers can be counted by spread plate method under the microscope.

In solid media the colonies obtained are diluted and number of cells will be seen by plate count method or on automated cell counter. The number would help calculate biomass

The biomass will be calculated by measuring wet and dry mass. Equipments required will be:

hydraulic gravity convection oven and centrifugation set up.

A cellulose acetate filter membrane is used which is 47 mm in diameter and 0.45 micron of pore size.

The cells  grown settles down due to gravity. They are stirred to evenly spread in the broth and is kept in centrifuge.

The cells obtained after centrifugation will be taken and wet weight is obtained.

To obtain dry weight the cells are placed in oven for 6 hours to 24 hours. The resultant cells are weighed and dry weight obtained.

Biomass will be calculated by subtracting the wet mass to dry mass. This way biomass is obtained in epulopisicuium. Here the cells will be of different size so on centrifugation 2 or more phases of cells can be seen due to gravity change.

Answer:

Epidemologists.

Explanation:

Epidemologists are responisble for systematically ivestigating the distribution (frequency, patterns of who disease spread between) and determinants (causes, risk factors, pathogen) of health-related states and events in specified populations (neighborhood, school, city, state, country, global)."
