-5x-10=10 I don't know how to solve this can u give me a answer for this

-5x-10=10\\
-5x=20\\
x=-4

Your equation: -5x-10=10

Your goal is to get "x" by itself

So add 10 to each side like -5x-10+10=10+10 which is now -5x=20

Now divide the 20 by -5 which is -4

Answer: x=-4
