Why developing countries are least able to cope with the devastating effects of tsunamis
Cloud [144]
Because they have the most to lose, imagine it like you have 10 towers and all collapsed from a tsunami. And the village next to you also collapses. The ten towers lost way more money and people in it then the villages

In short answer, The developed country just simply has a lot more to lose then the lesser developed one.

Why do tides impact oceans?
nikdorinn [45]
Why do tides impact ocean? its because the moon and sun's pull cause two bulges or high tides in the ocean on opposite sides of the earth. However, when the sun and the moon reinforce each others gravitational pulls, they create larger than normal tides called spring tides. Hope it helps

Latent heat involves
ExtremeBDS [4]

Answer:

the conversion of radiant energy into "hidden" form through the process of evaporation.

Explanation:

Latent heat is the heat which is stored in the molecular motion of  any substance when it changes its state, Like from solid to liquid, solid to gas or liquid to gas. It is also known as hidden heat.

Example: when water changes its state from water  to water vapor, water absorbs energy from the environment. This energy is stored in the molecular movement of water molecules.

On earth, latent heat is transferred when there is evaporation of water from moist land surface or any water body. This causes transfer of heat from earth surface to atmosphere.

Bases on the above definition of latent heat option B is the correct one.
