The word that has a positive connotation is distinctive. The other words (eerie, lonely and deserted) share negative connotations.

While they could be used to describe an empty, dark and grim place, "distinctive" can be used to highight the positive aspects of a place or person.

Ksenya-84 [330]
There are many forms of communication in making speeches. If there is technology available, the use of pictures, videos, charts, and graphics, are highly recommendable. This helps give the audience a clear picture of what the speaker is saying. It will enable them to visualize the content of the speech, and further absorb the knowledge that is being sent to them.

What style of poetry is the poem orange
Otrada [13]

The themes present in the poem "Oranges" by Gary Soto include love, maturation and poverty. The poem is an account of a first date between a young boy and girl. Although Soto never explicitly uses the word "love" to describe the relationship between the young couple, the emotion saturates the poem.
