A Holistic approach would yield energy-saving up to $1.2 trillion. There is a need for reducing the end-use energy consumption by 2020. Other types of renewable resources to elevate energy-efficient see our solar energy, wind energy that helps in meeting future needs concurrently. The aim is to develop low carbon or no-carbon energy sources. The world’s largest emitters of greenhouse gases are China and the USA. An agreement has been signed between both of them to cooperate on climate change, environment and energy. China said all the rich nations must strive towards larger cuts in the greenhouse gas emission because the whole world has set up a framework for tackling Global Warming. On 27 July 2009 Obama open the meeting between USA and China for two days to discuss an important issue. So both countries should take steps to transform their energy economies. They can chart over low carbon recovery, expand their research efforts, promote clean and efficient use, work together to give a global response at the conference in Copenhagen.
