Answer:

The Terracotta Warriors are a set of more than 8000 figures of life-size terracotta warriors and horses, which were buried near the self-proclaimed first emperor of China of the Qin Dynasty, Qin Shi Huang, in 210-209 BC. C.

They are located inside the Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum. They were discovered during works for a water supply, in March 1974 near Xi'an (Shaanxi Province, People's Republic of China). Since 1987 they are considered a World Heritage Site by Unesco.

Burying these statues it was believed that the emperor would continue to have troops under his command. The terracotta army was buried in battle formation in three trenches, one and a half kilometers east of the emperor's tomb, which in turn is 33 km east of Xi'an. The three trenches are between 4 and 8 meters deep. They have been excavated and a hangar has been built in the ruins, called the Warrior Army Museum.

The federal government has been experimenting with _______________, which rewards employees based on output, not seniority.
Llana [10]
This is pay for performance. This concept is more based on merit than on how long the person has been in service with the department. This is thought to give an increased incentive for employees to increase their output, since their rewards and compensation are directly affected by how much is completed during their shifts.

Why were the Anti-federalists opposed to the Federal government controlling the Militia?
bija089 [108]

Answer:

They believed that if the federal government had control of the army and the militia it would be very dangerous, because the government would have a strong centralization of power.

Explanation:

For anti-federalists, allowing the government to have centralized control of the militia would give a lot of power to the head of federal control, that is, it would give a lot of power to the president. This could promote a strong abuse of power, as the country's armed forces would be controlled by a single person, who would be too powerful to be prevented from acting as he wished.

We can conclude that one of the main differences between a society based on caste versus one based on class is that:______.
olga_2 [115]

We might draw the conclusion that one of the key distinctions between societies based on caste and those based on class is the prevalence of social mobility in the latter.

What is caste based society?

 • Endogamy, the hereditary transfer of a way of life that frequently includes a profession, ritual rank in a hierarchy, customary social contact,
 • And exclusion based on cultural conceptions of purity and contamination are all characteristics of caste, a type of social stratification.
 • Due to the system, the top castes now have privileges over the lower castes, which were frequently suppressed by those in positions of power.
 • Inter-caste unions were outlawed for many years, and in villages, castes primarily lived apart and did not share facilities like wells.
 • However, there have historically been a variety of caste systems around the world, with Africa and Asia being the most noteworthy examples.
 • The caste systems of the Moors, Tuaregs, Somalis, Indians, Songbuns, and Koreans are a few examples.

What is the best definition of unicameral? a representative of the people an agreement by which each party gives up something a
Dennis_Churaev [7]

The best definition of unicameral is a government with one legislative body, hence the word "uni". The United States had a unicameral type of legislature but was later changed because all the states had the same number of representations, even though a state has a low or high amount of population. The United States changed from a unicameral to a bicameral legislature, which is composed of the Senate and the House of Representatives.
