This Question is about Animals. I am no vegan, but why is it ok to eat certain animals such as fish and rabbit but not ok to eat

animals such as dogs. Why has society built up this standard that cooked food is not an animal. Their was no anatomy or veterinarian study section so I put it under mathematics

Answer:

    From what I looked up on Google vegans don't eat fish, maybe some do but vegetarians do still eat fish. The reason why is because their are many types of health benefits that come with eating fish. "Seafood is a healthy source of protein, is full of heart healthy fats and contains iron and a host of vitamins like B-12" (Honeyager).

  I also feel like they ignore the fact that there food was a real animal cause some of society does not want to look at the thing there eating as a once alive animal cause I feel like they know how badly some animals are taken care of through there life time then kill through half of it. And yes I know that other livestock are taken well care of and given a good life before there death. And most feel it's not okay to eat dogs is because most people actually live around them and know how sweet and kind they are and how they are pets for most. I also feel if it were cows (or some farm animal) instead, like people kept them as pets(just an example) then they would see the personality of a cow and I guess they would feel more pity for them and not kill them. I hope you understand it's hard to explain my thinking pattern. IDK but this whole question and answer is just based on peoples emotions whether they are saddened by it, say they don't care, or others who want to make a difference it's all built around peoples emotions and everyone's different and they have different emotions

The first paragraph I researched and the second is not fact at all, it just the true on how I feel. (It probably made no sense to you) Sorry for the 2 page essay!

Suppose that water is pouring into a swimming pool in the shape of a right circular cylinder at a constant rate of 7 cubic feet
olchik [2.2K]
V = (pi)r² h
v = (pi)5² h
v = 25(pi) h
take derivative with respect to h
dv/dh = 25(pi)

(dv/dt)*(dt/dh) = dv/dh

dv/dt is given to be 5 cm³
solved for dv/dh = 25(pi)

5(dt/dh) = 25(pi)
dt/dh = 25(pi)/5
dt/dh = 5(pi)

then the recipricol of dt/dh; we want to find dh/dt = 1/(5(pi))

Put these points into an equation IN STANDARD FORM!!!!!!

(0,2) and (8,0)
zubka84 [21]

The equation of the line in standard form is x + 4y = 8

How to determine the line equation?

From the question, the points are given as

(0, 2) and (8, 0)

To start with, we must calculate the slope of the line

This is calculated using

Slope = (y₂ - y₁)/(x₂ - x₁)

Where

(x, y) = (0, 2) and (8, 0)

Substitute the known parameters in Slope = (y₂ - y₁)/(x₂ - x₁)

So, we have

Slope = (0 - 2)/(8 - 0)

Evaluate

Slope = -1/4

The equation of the line can be calculated using as

y - y₁ = m(x + x₁)

Where

(x₁, y₁) = (0, 2)

and

m = slope = -1/4

Substitute the known values in the above equation

So, we have the following equation

y - 2 = -1/4(x - 0)

This gives

y - 2 = -1/4x

Rewrite as

1/4x + y = 2

Multiply by 4

x + 4y = 8

Hence, the line has an equation of x + 4y = 8

A standard American Eskimo dog has a mean weight of 30 pounds with a standard deviation of 2 pounds. Assuming the weights of sta
nalin [4]

Answer:

Option 2 - Approximately 24–36 pounds

Step-by-step explanation:

Given : A standard American Eskimo dog has a mean weight of 30 pounds with a standard deviation of 2 pounds. Assuming the weights of standard Eskimo dogs are normally distributed.

To find : What range of weights would 99.7% of the dogs have?

Solution :

The range of 99.7% will lie between the mean ± 3 standard deviations.

We have given,

Mean weight of Eskimo dogs is \mu=30

Standard deviation of Eskimo dogs is \sigma=2

The range of weights would 99.7% of the dogs have,

R=\mu\pm3\sigma

R=30\pm3(2)

R=30\pm6

R=30+6,30-6

R=36,24

Therefore, The range is approximately, 24 - 36 pounds.

So, Option 2 is correct.
