If you get a common denominator here you can tell which one is biggest and which one is smallest and everything in between.  The common denominator is 48, so the fractions would be
$\frac{24}{48}, \frac{9}{48} , \frac{36}{48} , \frac{17}{48}$ in the order from above.  Now you can see which is biggest and which is smallest, etc.
