What was the connection between the British victory in the French and Indian War and the decision to enforce the Stamp Act in th
Nata [24]

The United Kingdom does not have a codified constitution. However, a number of texts are considered to be constitutional, such that the "constitution of the United Kingdom" or "British constitution" may refer to a number of historical and momentous laws and principles that make up the country's body politic. Thus the term "UK constitution" is sometimes said to refer to an "unwritten" or uncodified constitution. The British constitution primarily draws from four sources: statute law (laws passed by the legislature), common law (laws established through court judgments), parliamentary conventions, and works of authority.[1] Similar to a constitutional document, it also concerns both the relationship between the individual and the state and the functioning of the legislature, the executive, and the judiciary.

When do you feel you are more likely to make decisions rationally instead of emotionally?
max2010maxim [7]

Answer: When the mind is unbiased

Explanation: Making rational decisions requires one to be unbiased either as a result of religious, racial or gender influence. It also requires one to be in the right frame of mind at the time of making the decision. Emotional decisions could occur if one's judgment is influenced by religious, cultural or social inclination or sympathy towards a particular group. It could also stem from one's present state of mind at the time the judgment is passed, hence making one's judgment more of emotional than rational.

In other to make rational decisions one should be in the right frame of mind, free from external influences which could induce bias into one's decision.
