Answer:

idk if this helps but here:

Cutoff points are a crucial piece of calculus and are among the main things that understudies find out about in a calculus class. So, finding the constraint of a capacity implies figuring out what esteem the capacity approaches as it draws nearer and more like a specific point.

Imagine you had 40 one-metre sections of fencing.
Darya [45]

Answer: If I’m not mistaken, the largest area is 75 m2 and the smallest is 2 m2

Step-by-step explanation:

For both : since they are asking for the area, you should calculate the perimeter.

So for the largest area, since you know that you have 40 fences, and each are 1 meter long, and they’re also asking for the largest rectangular area, this means that only the opposite sides will have the same length, so in order to divide the rectangle with the 40 one-meter fences, the biggest sides have to be 15 meters long (so for both : 15x2=30 meters). Then you deduct from 40, 30 : 40-30 = 10 which then you can devide by 2 and find 5 + 5 and that means that the 2 smallest sides will be 5 meters long each. Then finally to calculate the perimeter you should do the biggest side multiplied by the smallest side : 15 x 5 and you find 75 m2 (squaremeters), if I’m not mistaken.

And for the smallest area you take the smallest possibilities knowing that only the opposite sides should have the same length and not all of them, so you do 1 x 2 and you find 2 m2.

HELP 100 POINTS The population of a city is modeled with the function P=250,000e^0.013t, where t is the number of years since 2
erma4kov [3.2K]
Pretty difficult problem, but that’s why I’m here.
First we need to identify what we’re looking for, which is t. So now plug 450k into equation and solve for t.
450000 = 250000e^0.013t
Now to solve this, we need to remember this rule: if you take natural log of e you can remove x from exponent. And natural log of e is 1.
Basically ln(e^x) = xln(e) = 1*x
So knowing this first we need to isolate e
450000/250000 = e^0.013t
1.8 = e^0.013t
Now take natural log of both
Ln(1.8) = ln(e^0.013t)
Ln(1.8) = 0.013t*ln(e)
Ln(1.8) = 0.013t * 1
Now solve for t
Ln(1.8)/0.013 = t
T= 45.21435 years
Now just to check our work plug that into original equation which we get:
449999.94 which is basically 500k (just with an error caused by lack of decimals)
So our final solution will be in the 45th year after about 2 and a half months it will reach 450k people.

Graph the line giving one point and the slope. 2x-6y=12
koban [17]
Y = mx + c

this is the equation of line and here m is the slope

so, 2x-6y =12   can be changed into standard format

y = 2x/6 - 12/6
y=x/3 +(-2)

so, m = 1/3   , so slope will be 1/3

hope it helped :)
