Nurture

Social scientists would argue that our reality and life outcomes in general are shaped by social forces or are socially constructed rather than biologically determined.

According to this perspective, our reality is shaped by the socialization we receive from our parents and teachers, the kind and quality of education we receive, our socioeconomic status, our peer groups, etc. Inborn biological factors (our nature) do not play as big a role in shaping our reality and outcomes.

notka56 [123]
<span>Roman law consisted of three branches: civil law, natural law, and "the law of people or nation".

Roman law has a history almost as old as Rome itself. In the beginning of the republic, Roman law was held in the psyches and recollections of Rome's judges and officers. Such a framework was prime for mishandle. An officer could overlook or even change laws spontaneously, and there was no real way to address him.
