In federalism, power is hold by a central brain and a nation or state is subdivided into localities. It is a centralized form of government. Mainly, the goal was to establish a well-organized society. In order to achieve this, the government needs to prioritize the rich first. Therefore, it encourages merchants and manufacturers because these people could help boost an economy. With this kind of treatment, it is no wonder why so many of them are in favor of federalism.

The answer is "operant conditoning".

Operant conditioning is a technique for discovering that happens through prizes and disciplines for conduct. Through operant conditioning , an individual makes a relationship between a specific conduct and an outcome. Operant conditioning depends on a genuinely basic preface - activities that are trailed by fortification will be reinforced and more inclined to happen again later on. Its managers wouldn't have said anything at all in the situation because they had anticipated parents' litigation, as they had no issue with a kid, that's why he feared to sue them for giving him bad advice.

Anastasy [175]

Answer: Openness and conscientiousness.

The five-factor model (FFM) is a taxonomy for personality traits. The five factors it includes are: openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness and neuroticism (often represented by the acronym OCEAN).

In this case, the fact that Holly likes to try new tasks reflects openness, which is defined by curiosity, and preference for novelty and variety of experience.

Also, because she tries to do everything to perfection, she would probably score high in conscientiousness. Conscientiousness is the tendency to be organized and dependable. It is characterized by self-discipline and planned, rather than spontaneous, behaviour.
