Which describes Maslow’s theory of self-actualization?

Health

It refers to the desire for self-fulfillment, namely, to the tendency for him to become actualized in what he is potentially. While the theory is generally portrayed as a fairly rigid hierarchy, Maslow noted that the order in which these needs are fulfilled does not always follow this standard progression.

What did you learn are your "must haves" (most important things) in a relationship? Why are these so important to you?
Illusion [34]

One of the big ones for me is communication. This is huge in a relationship. Understanding each other and listening helps both sides of a relationship.

Another one, trust. I should be able to trust that person (hopefully) without a doubt. Unfourtenly, every relationship comes with doubt.

You will doubt something or someone in the relationship, but that doesn't mean you end it. That's why communication is so important. Being able to talk through thease things, and work on trust and lack of doubt makes any relationship strong.

Cheers!
