Answer:

Babies of 33 week weighs relatively less than the babies of 41 week.

Explanation:

Z score is determined by

=\frac{x-u}{SD}

A) For 33 Week baby

Given

Mean = 2500

SD= 800

x=2600

Z score is

\frac{2600-2500}{800} \\= 0.125

B) For 41 Week baby

Given

Mean = 2800

SD= 425

x=2900

Z score is

\frac{2900-2800}{425} \\= 0.235

The z score depicts that the baby of 33 week or 41 week weighs more than the normal babies of same age group.

Thus, babies of 33 week weighs relatively less than the babies of 41 week.

Nikitich [7]

According to lecture, the level of emission reductions pledged by individual countries at the paris climate agreements are sufficient to prevent dramatic climate change according to many scientists. The statement is False.

The issue is that many scientists believe the existing pledged emission reductions won't stop serious climate change.Leading the way in global efforts to combat climate change has been the EU. It played a key role in negotiating the Paris Agreement and continues to lead the world.

The EU presented its updated and improved NDC in December 2020, along with information to promote the ICTU (clearness, transparency, and understanding) of the NDC and a target to cut emissions by at least 55% from 1990 levels by 2030.

By working together, the EU and its Member States are committed to a legally-binding goal of a net domestic reduction of greenhouse gas emissions of at least 55% from 1990 to 2030.

How dose science influence the decisions made about social, economic, and political issues?
inysia [295]
This is a rather subjective question and has a lot to do with the type of society in which one lives. the more secular the world is becoming... gives science a huge spotlight on the stage. because science provides an answer with tons of evidence to back it up, it is seen as a reliable method to follow. So, socially speaking you may have experienced in a normal conversation where someone turns around and tells you that your opinions are just opinions and have nothing factual to back them up. This is where science comes in. Economically and politically speaking, science is used to justify different political aims of governments. However, this is done mostly through the misrepresentation of science by people who are trying to pursue their own agenda. So really this question can be answered in many ways and from many different perspectives but do not forget that science influences all streams for the better but also for the worse in the way in which it is represented.
