Answer:

360 and 60.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let Christopher earns x amount of money and y be money earned by Michael.

Firstly, Christopher has six times as much money as Michael so,

x=6y........ (i)

If Michael earns $80 and Christopher earns $60, Christopher will then have three times as much money as Michael so,

x+60=3(y+80)

From (i),

6y +60= 3(y+80)

3(2y+20)=3(y+80)

2y+20=y+80

2y-y=80-20

y=60

Substituting value of y in equation (i),

x=6×60=360.

Therefore, Christopher earned 360 and Michael earned 60.

Answer:

1) 144 seconds

2) 12

3) 24

Step-by-step explanation:

1) First off how many times can 15 dived into 90? 6! So we know it <em>can</em> go into 90 and that it's by 6. Next is to add 24 (seconds) 6 times. This will lead you too 144. So 144 seconds is your awnser

2) All you have to do is dived 72÷6. Which gives you the amount of each pack .

3) You take the total of step number two and 288 earsers and dived. so 288÷12=24

Consider the following hypothesis test: H 0: 20 H a: &lt; 20 A sample of 50 provided a sample mean of 19.4. The population stand
goblinko [34]

Answer: p-value is 0.016.

Step-by-step explanation:

Since we have given that

H_0:\mu=20\\\\H_a:\mu

Sample mean = 19.4

Sample size n = 50

Standard deviation = 2

We need to find the test statistic value which is given by

z=\dfrac{\bar{x}-\mu}{\dfrac{\sigma}{\sqrt{n}}}\\\\\\z=\dfrac{19.4-20}{\dfrac{2}{\sqrt{50}}}\\\\\\z=\dfrac{-0.6}{0.28}\\\\z=-2.14

p-value is given by

P(Z>Z_{critical})\\\\=P(Z>-2.14)\\\\=0.016

Hence, p-value is 0.016.
