In my town, there is a demand for a food truck which would be able to meet the needs of artisans and other workers who mainly leave for work very early and come back late.
These are my target customers and the type of food they normally eat which woud give them the necessary energy for the day's work would be <u>eba, beans, rice, and soup</u> so that would be the type of food I would sell.
