It is considered a <u>development strategy</u> and has been adopted by the government to provide more training and learning opportunities for the country's workforce.

They are managed through <u>programs and services</u> and their goal is to be able to <u>place students in a job that is of high demand and a good work out</u>, and for this they will educate them and provide them with tools that allow them to achieve this, such as continuous training and academic and technical skills.
