One of it is that Gram negative are more resistant with antibodies compared to the gram positive. Example of these would be pseudomonas aeruginosa while for the positive would be Staphylococcus. Another difference between the 2 would be for flagellar structure in gram negative have 4 rings while positive has only 2.
