Two adjectives that describe the monroe doctrine
Greeley [361]
I think the best two adjectives are liberal and self-serving.
Liberal because it presents its opposition to Europe's colonial rule over America. This means that they want to break free from foreign control. The other one is self-serving. Even if they fought for their freedom, they don't want to interfere with other wars that Europe has been in its colonial expansion.

In what ways were the policies of Gorbachev, Yeltsin, and Putin similar?
gayaneshka [121]
One of the main ways in which the policies of Gorbachev, Yeltsin, and Putin were similar is that they all sought to avoid nuclear war with the west--knowing that engaging in such a conflict would no doubt lead to their utter destruction.

What was the underlying cause of Pontiac's Rebellion?
jolli1 [7]

Answer: C

Explanation: On February 10, 1763, the Treaty of Paris brought the French and Indian War to a close, and all lands previously controlled by the French were now under British control. American Indians in the Ohio Country, Illinois Country, and Great Lakes region feared the loss of their French allies and the influx of colonists from east of the Appalachian Mountains settling on their land. To prevent the incursion of colonial settlers, Pontiac encouraged Ohio Country tribes to unite and to rise up against the British.
