The good body composition is attained by balancing the amount of energy that is taken in with the amount of energy that is released by the body.

Further Explanation:

The persons' daily life routine is organized with the help of physical activity. The physical activity is differentiated into different levels which help a person to achieve a good composition of body.

Children should spend at least 60 minutes on physical activity on a daily basis whereas adults should spend at least 30 minutes on physical activity to have a good composition of body. Physical fitness helps us to prevent heart disease, lung cancer, stroke, and type II diabetes.

Physical activity depends on:

 • Body composition: It includes the amount of fat, water, and muscle.
 • Cardiorespiratory fitness: It makes available energy at the time of physical exercise.
 • Muscular strength: Help to apply force at the time of physical exercise.
 • Muscular endurance Help in exerting force without getting muscle fatigue.
 • Flexibility: Help in smooth movement of joints.

The composition of body is made up of two kinds of tissues, lean weight and fat weight. The Fat which is stored in fat cells of the body is called fat weight. The Lean weight comprises of all other tissues, such as bones, muscle, organs, skin, and blood.

A healthy body composition is also depends on a healthy diet. If we are doing physical activities we also need carbohydrate-protein in our diet to be achieving a good body. Fat tissues are not good for healthy body composition. Even if our weight is in normal range but more weight is because of the fat tissue then the body composition is not good. We have to use more energy than we consume to lose weight. If we eat more nutrient-rich food it stores in the form of glycogen and increases the weight.

Social Comparison is a theory that postulates that an individual determines his/her own social and personal worth based on the stand up for themselves against others. People evaluate their own opinions and abilities by weighing themselves to others in order to reduce uncertainty in these domains and learn how to define themselves. This is simply a belief that there is s drive in individuals to gain some level of accuracy in self devaluations.

You are caring for ER, a 28 year old female. She and her husband were having breakfast when she suddenly stopped responding to h
xxMikexx [17]

Explanation:

1. what ER is experiencing can be regarded as simple partial seizure. This is why, in this type of seizure she still maintained awareness. This kind of seizure can cause someone to act the way she did by staring into space and continuously repeating the same thing.

2. The assessments and diagnostics are:

 • neurological assessment
 • EEG test to see if there are changes in her brain activity, this test helps to diagnose brain conditions especially in people that suffer from seizures.
 • other assessments and diagnostics are CT scan and MRI scan.

3. Her husband clearly thinks that all kinds o seizures are the same. because she did not fall fall or bite her tongue he doesn't think she had a seizure. He has to be educated to know that seizures are of different types and each of these types have different symptoms. He should know that people can lose consciousness in one type and not lose consciousness in the other, they may even be able to talk, and remember things during the attack.

4. If she is diagnosed to have seizures, I am going to teach her and her husband to manage the condition by;

 • encouraging her on how necessary it is for her to always take her medications as the doctor prescribed.
 • i would tell her to make sure that she avoids whatever can trigger stress, anxiety and emotional disorder.
 • They should do away with sharp objects in the house during such episodes.
 • Whenever symptoms present themselves, they should report immediately.

Sexually transmitted infections, or STIs, may seem like a personal matter, but they can also have a serious impact on your socia
Setler [38]
First, there is nothing to be ashamed of. STD/STIs happen to many people who come from various backgrounds and social economic levels. Unlike in past times, this is no longer regulated to just streetwalkers or people who are extremely promiscuous. Though it is a new thing to the student they could be bullied about how they are infected or that they have had sex.
