Marco says that the interior angles of a triangle add up to 180°. he claims that the interior angles of a hexagon must add up to

360° because a hexagon has twice as many vertices as a triangle and can be divided into two triangles, therefore, its interior angles must sum to twice the value of those of a triangle
which statement, if any, explains Marco's E R R O R?

a. a hexagon does not have 6 vertices.

b. a hexagon can be divided into 4 triangles, not 2.

c. the interior angles of a triangle do not add up to 180°.

d. Marco's statement is correct and contains no E R R O R.

I do not believe any of these answers are correct. There is a formula to follow in order to know the sum of the interior angles of a polygon. Unless, you use the formula, and the interior angles are 360 degrees, than D would be the right answer.

yarga [219]

Answer:

0.3

30%

Step-by-step explanation:

To write 15/50 as a percent, you have to multiply the fraction by 100

\frac{15}{50} x 100

dividing 100 by 50 gives 2

15 x 2 = 30%

to convert 15/50 to a decimal, first simply the fraction.

Both the numerator and denominator can be divided by 5

3/10

the next step is to divide the numerator by the denominator

3/10 = 0.3

The figure shows the front side of a metal desk in the shape of a trapezoid.
Alenkinab [10]

Answer:

Area of trapezoid is 16ft^2.

Therefore, option 2nd  is correct.

Step-by-step explanation:

We have been given both the sides a=3 and b=5.

And height that is h=4

We will use the formula find the area of trapezoid is:

\frac{a+b}{2}\cdot h

Substitute the formula we get:

\frac{3+5}{2}\cdot 4

\Rightarrow \frac{8}{2}\cdot 4

\Rightarrow 16.

Area of trapezoid is 16ft^2.

Therefore, option 2nd  is correct.
