What are some ways to deal with bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, ptsd, and possibly schizophrenia?

I think it would be better to try some hobbies, getting more social, reading books, listening some mood booster music, walking, trying new things, watching some motivational videos, those stuff usually helps...
