when answering this question, talk about how you want to help welcome new freshman to the school and make them feel more comfortable with being able to navigate where to find their classes, gym, field, etc.
say something like "when i was new, i was really lost and nervous and so i appreciated the link crew leaders because they made me feel better and more confident about finding my way around."
not only that, but make sure that you include that you want to be there for the freshman and want them to know that you are there for them in case they need any help. freshman feel better going into to high school if they already know people other than the people from their middle school, especially if it's an upperclassman.
