Answer:

a. 12 people per minute

b. 95 people entered the hall in that time

c. 19 people per minute

d. 12 people per minute so c is greater than 19 minutes to 12 minutes

Step-by-step explanation:

a. You just divide 48 by 4: 12

b. You would subtract 239 by 144 and you would get 95

c. You would divide 95 by 5 which you would get 19

d. You would subtract 275 by 239 which would be 36 than you would divide by 3 and you would get 12 so c would be greater

I’ll give brainliest, just help me please :)
Lemur [1.5K]

Answer:

V = 408    SA = 378

Step-by-step explanation:

To find the volume, you need to first find out the area and multiply it by overall length.

A = 1/2 (6)(8)

= 24

Volume = 24 x 17

= 408

Surface Area

SA = Front and Back + Right Side + Left Side + Bottom

= 2 [1/2 (6) (8)] + (17 x 10) + (3 x 8) + (17 x 8)

= 2 (24) + 170 + 24 + 136

= 48 + 170 + 24 + 136

= 378

I need help with these 2 problems I cant figure out.
Alla [95]

I started by labeling the right angle (Angle C) 90º. Next, I wrote down everything in one equation.

2x + 90 + 3x - 20 = 180º (180 degrees in a triangle)

Next, I add 20 on both sides.

2x + 90 + 3x = 200º

I combine like terms (2x and 3x)

5x + 90 = 200º

I subtract 90 from both sides.

5x = 110º

Divide 110 by 5 to get x.

x = 22

======

For problem two, I label all the angles I know.

49º + 80º + r = 180º

I add 80 and 49.

129º + r = 180º

I subtract 180 and 129 and get 51º, which is your angle for R.

For angle X, you know that angle R plus angle X equals half of a circle, which is 180º

We know from before that 129º is 180º without R, so X is 129º

I hope this helps! Let me know if I'm wrong!
