Using the point ( 2,8) for f(x) and ( 0,8) for g(x)

y = f(x) + k  k > 0 moves it up

Using the point ( 0,-2) for f(x) and ( 0,8) for g(x)

The difference between -2 and 8 is 10

k = 10

g(x) = f(x) + 10

Part C

for the shift to the left    g(x) = f(x+2)

for the shift up g(x) = f(x) + 10
